Conservatories are a great addition to your home but are no fun when they leak, or you can’t see the garden clearly due to condensation marks inside the glass units!

The glass or polycarbonate roof panels tend to slip out of position. This is the primary reason for rainwater ingress. If it’s not this, then the lead flashing or PVCu trims and covers may be at fault. We will conduct a thorough examination of the roof and provide a long term solution.

Conservatory doors are adversely effected by the fact that the structure is not fully ridged, unlike the brickwork around the other doors in the property. For that reason the door hinges and locks need to be adjusted from time to time. So, if the door catches when you try to close it or the lock doesn’t engage properly, or there are draughts, call us in to service and correct the problems. Doing so will make the door more secure and extend the life of the hardware.
