Having put up with low-pressure hot water for many years, David replaced the old system with a pressurised cylinder which has made a world of difference. I don’t have to wait for ages for hot water to come out of my taps and my shower is as good as you find in hotels. While replacing the cylinder, David suggested I also pressurise my heating system, doing away with the open-air expansion tank. The cost for all the work was less than other quotes and for a larger cylinder. David patiently explained the benefit of his recommended changes but I never felt pressured to accept the changes.
